Join Our Wellness Subscriber Calls
Hello beloved lights,
Everyone is allowed to join these calls. Subscribers get the join link for no additional charge for attendance to these calls., for they are in support of the Ascend-Now community and all the offerings found here. Basic Subscriptions start at $20 a month and move into more advanced subscriptions that include other classes and offerings. There are a lot of benefits to joining us. However, if you're a Non-Subscriber, you can still join by booking and paying a small fee. All in attendance will receive the recording for the call.

Releasing the contracted states of contraction.
We tend to pull our energy and light in to allow others to feel ok in our relationships. We will be looking at how we do this though our emotional body and releasing the contracts for contreation in the emotional body of you. Start expanding what is possible with your emtional states though acceptance and expantion.
